DESIGN MANAGEMENT
1. Hearing of Project summary (Turget, Market, Schedule, Cost, etc.)
2. Presentation of Project’s design image / concept
- Presentation by text and image collage.
3. Suggest of the designer meets to Project’s concept / target / cost / schedule
- Presentation of the designer’s profile, photo’s of their work.
4. Design work phase
- Liaison manages and coordinates every things to realized the design smoothly between the client and the designer.
- Liaison has responsibility to make the designer design and submit the design and necessary things under the contract.
- Liaison consults the project to realize the design by authorized person of the designer.
- Liaison arranges the Designer’s visiting to Japan.
- Liaison can undertake press work for the project.
